You just need to book a package, please email the details of travel at info@amostravel.in.

Hotel Management in the first instance, to see if there’s anything they can resolve or assist with.

• Photo identification of the guest(s) the reservation is under.
• Booking Confirmation (although this is simply a backup, not necessary, as the hotel/resort should already have this information).

The change is totally dependent on the hotel’s cancellation policy (and how far away your booking is). If your booking is within 45 days, it is unlikely you will be able to change your travel date, however, if your booking is more than 45 days away, some hotels will accommodate a change of date. Hotels may charge a small administrative fee for any changes (at their own discretion).

ATM provides an assistance and the refund is based on the cancellation policy of the service(For Eg – Transfer, Sightseeing’s, Accommodation, Airline etc.),

Dollar rates are different for buy & sell options. Overseas transactions require a bank charge which is normally Rs 1 higher than the existing rate. Moreover, this rate is applicable on the day of your payment date.

Yes, In that case full amount shall be charged as per current exchange rate+1 without affecting any future fluctuations in USD Rates.

Certain banks may charge between 5-20 USD for overseas transactions. Few Resorts charges 3.5% to 5% charges against the Credit card Payment. You may enquire this from your respective bank. Kindly note that this charge is borne by you.

Once your bookings are made, they are automatically diverted to the Post Sales department for processing. They are the ones to send you vouchers, Receipts & Invoices & shall contact you automatically. You can contact them at info@amostravel.in with your booking ID regarding payment information, queries & amendments.

We don’t record any details of your card information. All transactions are carried with 3rd party associates who provide 100% security guarantee for your transactions.
